The manufacturing sector is composed of
companies who transform materials or substances into new products using
physical-mechanical or chemical processes.
Manufacturing creates new products or semi-finished
products that will be used by other manufacturers to process into finished
products, and as well creates products that will be used right away in the form
of finished industrial products or consumer products.
Due to confidentiality and intellectual property issues we cannot disclose
full details of past projects. However, some broad applications of our products
include:
1.Design & build
Multi-Sheet Coiler
2.Design
& build roll formers unique to customer needs
3. Design & build rotary die cutting machine
Rotary die cutting involves crush cutting
material in continuous roll form (defined in the industry as a web),
between the blades on a cylindrical die and an anvil which is a
smooth hard cylinder. Raw material goes through the die and as the
die revolves it cuts a pattern or shape into the material. In most
cases, not all the raw material becomes part of the finished
product, and the leftover material is referred to as "trim". Rotary
die cutting is ideal for:
High volume applications,
Kiss cutting applications,
Combining with other processes,
Precision cuts up to +/- 0.002 per inch.
Low piece part cost (based on high volume)
4. Refurbish flexo printer
Printing involves the transfer of ink onto a
surface to create text, an image, or both. Material is fed through a
set of cylinders that roll the ink pattern onto the material as it
passes.
5. Design & build Slitter
The process of making a straight cut, parallel
to the edge of the web. A typical slitting operation is taking a 60"
wide master roll and slitting it down to 30 rolls x 2" wide. Most
webs are rolled up on a tube called a core, usually made of
cardboard or plastic. Most materials are wound on core that have a 3
inch inside diameter, though it is not unusual to find materials on
1", 5", 6", 12", or 16" cores.
6. Design & build Winder/unwinder/decoiler
This involves winding or unwinding material
onto a core. Winders and un-winders are necessary for a variety of
tasks such as roll forming, slitting, printing, and extruding.
7.Design & build
patent prototypes
We transformed the customer's wish into reality.
8. Design & build Custom
assembly line
Custom assembly lines are designed from
scratch to mass produce a specific type of product in the fastest
and most efficient way possible.
